Adage Bandage

By Asia K. Batchelor

Be mindful my children.

For the hazards of labor

creep on the unnoticing. Bear fruit,

of course, but do not give your life for produce.

The simple man will follow the flock. Doing

what they do, wearing what they wear. Stand out.

Get up from your desks and scream.

For the one who is most upset at your outbursts will be the first to rid

himself of you. Take heed to his anger. Recognize it as a secret to the start of change.
